Provide broad range of government relations services in support of client objectives, including:
  • Advocate for key legislative and regulatory issues before Congress and Administrative Agencies.
  • Provide strategic advice on legislative and administrative processes.
  • Draft and prepare text for legislation or regulations and supporting explanatory documents.
  • Conduct in person meetings with key legislative or regulatory officials.
  • Monitor and report on critical policy developments in Congress and Administrative Agencies.
  • Deliver presentations in various public and private forums, including boards of directors, trade association meetings, professional conferences, and public gatherings.
Currently representing a diverse client base in complex and challenging legislative and regulatory matters:
  • Solving complex and challenging problems requiring interaction at the highest levels in government, business, and public interest groups using decades of experience with significant legislative, regulatory, and administrative processes and government affairs responsibilities gained as a private sector lawyer and lobbyist, and government official.
  • Client base currently includes transportation, maritime, manufacturing, offshore response, government contracting, and municipal government entities.
